Shipping: All orders made will be shipped individually, shipping cannot be combined on multiple orders. We will not hold your items if you purchase an in hand design and are awaiting a presale.

Tracking: Tracking emails are sent to your email as soon as we print your label. Shipping time is 3-5 business days. All updated information will be available on Instagram. 

Address Change: If you have an address change, please reach out to us immediately. Once the label is printed it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for the package once we've shipped it. Please carefully check your info when you check out.

Returns

No returns are offered for in hand pins.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This will be done on a case by case basis. 

Exchanges 
No exchanges are permitted unless the item you received is damaged. This will be judged on a case by case basis. If you'd like to exchange your item please reach out to us on Instagram. It's the quickest way for a response.

Refunds 
There are no refunds on in hand or presale pins. 

Please remember that all fantasy pins are handmade items and will not be perfect. We grade our pins on a standard and flawed basis. Standard pins are best quality with minimal to no flaws. There will never be facial flaws on a standard pin. Flawed pins will have more noticeable marks, including scratches and discoloration. We do not grade flaws on the backstamp.
